Return and Refund Policy

At Organic Spice, we take care to pack and deliver quality spices and grocery products. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Food Safety and Return Eligibility

Because spices and grocery products are consumable items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original sealed packaging.

However, you may request support if you receive:

• An incorrect product
• A damaged product
• A missing item
• A product that is expired or not in acceptable condition on delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund

Email us at organicspice.store@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Your full name and phone number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging, where applicable

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and address.

Unopened and Sealed Products

For unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, expired, or defective.

Refunds and Replacements

Once we review your request, we will let you know whether a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution is approved.

For approved refunds, the refund will be issued through the original payment method, mobile financial service, or another mutually agreed method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from Organic Spice.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
